        We have been in business since 2007 and opened our first retail branches in 2015. This allows our clients to walk into our office to discuss all their Reverse Mortgage options in person. Low Cost Reverse Mortgage Center offers our clients less closing costs than most other lenders which gives them more monetary flexibility and more options.         William Mickley has been patient, thorough, honest and compassionate during a difficult time for my husband and I
        We had questions and reservations about this product and took a few months to decide to move forward. I would happily recommend working with this company.
        We are going on a year and and have been able to relax due to our decision.

        Low Cost Reverse Mortgage Center is centrally located in Orange County and easy to get to. They have a retail office where customers are welcome to walk in and talk about their needs in person. They offer lower closing costs than other lenders and even pay for your appraisal. Their team is great to work with and always keep you in the loop. This is a great company to work with!
