Asian Bistro

My first visit was great. Ordered the Garlic Shrimp and thought it was quite tasty. I've lived in the area 6 years and thought I'd try Wu's Asian Bistro as I was tired of the Chinese restaurant down the street.

The vegetables were perfectly cooked as was the shrimp, which is so easy to overcook.

The egg roll was a bit disappointing, but I didn't go there for the appetizer.

Owner assured me their Mhu Shu is excellend...may go back tomorrow!

I really thought it was that good.

Since the restaurant recently opened, I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered two dishes, and I was disappointed with both. One dish was too salty, and the other had breading about three times bigger than the actual chicken inside. I'm not sure about the other dishes, but from my experience it's one of the worst Chinese restaurants I've visited in the area.

Wu's presents the most delectable and authentic Hunan and Szechuan dishes in North Texas and provides an ambiance that is both warm and cozy and recently added wine list is very reasonable. In summary, they are consistently excellent.
