American Family Care Gateway Road

I read previous reviews and had doubts about going there. It seems the complaints people had were with a particular doctor and I understand she is no longer there. I thought they were great. Wait time was short and Dr. Trotman was very kind and caring. The place is clean and updated and all staff I saw were very friendly and seemed to really care about my problem. I definitely recommend them.

Dr. Neita is so incompetent! I She wears a mask to impress people and she just comes off rude. I would not let her treat my dog. She is out of touch with patients. Do not go to her. She is not a good doctor and she has zero compassion for people. I wish I could give her no stars!

Nice staff but took an hour to be called back for an xray when I was the ONLY patient in the waiting room. Very slow! Hate to see what it's like with a full room.
