Madison Mohrr Skin Care

I had an absolute horrible experience with Madison Mohrr skincare.



First, I bought her groupon back in February and tried to make an appointment with a little over a month left before it expired. She told me she was booked for the next three weeks and had absolutely nothing available. When I gave her specific days after those three weeks she still said she was booked. I told her my groupon was going to expire if she could not get me in and that I thought it was really unreasonable she was not available for over a month. She said that she signed up for groupon to celebrate her recovering from cancer, and didn't realize the huge influx of business shed have, and that she never should have signed up with groupon.



I then tried to make a appointment about a month or so after that. She made my appointment but then called me up later to say that she could not do that date and time anymore. And she couldn't do any other time that month.



I then called again after that about a month ago to set up an appointment for a Wednesday. She called me Wednesday afternoon and told me "something came up" and that she moved my appointment . When I arrived at the new appointment, she was leaving and looked absolutely shocked to see me. When I said I was there for my appointment, she said something came up and she called me to cancel my appointment but my message box said it was full. I checked my phone and I had no missed calls and my inbox currently has 1 message saved in it! I told her this, and she just said she called me. I couldn't believe she was so shocked to see me when she herself admitted she couldn't leave me a message...she had to know I was going to show up for the appt If i never got a message from her. I had driven 30 minutes to get there, she could have ensured I got the message. I told her, look i have had an absolute impossible time getting an appointment with you, and she told me to get a refund from groupon. She acted like it was my fault and never apologized.



Oh and I couldn't help but notice, that despite her claim that she should never have done groupon, she continues to advertise deals on groupon pretty much at all times!!! I honestly think this woman never called me to cancel my appt and that she lied and forgot . Its clear she's too busy and has too many personal issues to adequately serve customers. She also just seems off...like she's not all there. I really suggest people go elsewhere for their skincare.

The service is great. The last Groupon was such an overwhelming success that appointments are about 1 month out. Madison has bent over backwards to accommodate everyone. Unfortunately some people want instant gratification. The other 2 reviews listed here should be ignored as these people are just pernicious. 99.99% of Madison's clients think she is great and would recommend her to all of their friends. She has been very hurt by the negative reviews. I guess it is just impossible to please everyone especially when they are basically throwing a temper tantrum.

I was not happy with the service. The lady was rude and she scheduled clients every 30 minutes.

My friend in the other hand she called today June 28, 2013 to schedule an appointment and the lady told her, “sorry I'm booked you called to late” which is weird because it doesn't expire until July 8, 2013. She did not honor it, lack of professionalism.... i do not recommend this place....
