        Overall

        absolutely horrible on all account customer service really sucks. . I have no words for Duke Energy . I wish my home was in a different part of the city .

        I am pleased with the gas and electric service we receive from Duke. There was also no problem in our recent move when they needed to disconnect at our other home and get things up and running at the new address. Monthly they also send a graph of our usage for that period and compare it with last year's amount with recommendation for being energy efficient.
