dirty. cockroaches, bedbugs. terrible place to attempt to get sober. it really is all about what you put into it, but you can't put enough into this place. crooked house manager who only cares about rent. the others will actually try and attempt to help you somewhat. located on prostitute roe, close to cicero recovery club, so that's a plus although there is a potential rapist who is a definite molester who goes there named jose, he drives a nice nissan and claims it his, but it actually belongs to his girlfriend. the house is located next to a chronic drug abuser, crack and heroin are available down the street. when there are thunderstorms the power goes out for up to three days. there are beautiful senior residents though, with beautiful hearts, but the amount of drama is at times unbearable. don't relapse while living there because they will send you to detox and when you return tons of your belongings will be missing. especially anything brand name, or somewhat expensive. some roomates like to walk around practically naked with there sagging obese body hanging out for all to see. rent is decent, and you can acquire a tab, but i suggest paying weekly even though it is a little bit more money a month only due to the fact that you may want to run out of there screaming and yelling at anytime. it's also a convenient place to take the cta trains and buses being right in between the pink and blue line and with bus stops literally every block. smoking is also allowed in living quarters which is convenient. some house members will take you out and buy you things, but you have to try your hardest for them to warm up to you. and most young women that go there end up relapsing.
