Olson's Plumbing and Rooter Service

Simply put....."Paul Olson did the job that another experienced plumber could not do". I called the 1st local plumber who provided me a reasonable estimate. He came to my home and "snaked" the main drain line that goes out to the street multiple times but was unsuccessful, yet he still charged me. It was explained to me that I had major root problems under the street. So I called city hall only to be told that if there are roots in any portion of the main drain line (excluding the city portion) its the homeowner's responsibility to pay for it, which includes digging up the street and repaving it. This is where Paul's experience and his truly wanting to clean the drain line separates him from other plumbers. Paul "snaked" the exact same drain line as the previous plumber, but Paul within minutes pulled out a substantial bundle of ficus roots. His technique and his explanation of the entire process made sense. As of today, everything is still draining as normal. A big thank you.
