excellent service from booking repair to completing the repairs with a great result. I thought I was goingto have to replace carpet, so cost of repair (very resonable) was well worth it. Sean callled to confirm the appt., then showed up on time, gave me a final estimate, and then did the work. sean did a beautiful job, and used the least amount of carpet taken from a closet. This company delivers and represents a great value for the money.

I had a great experience with Creative Carpet Repair. I sent an email in the morning and got a reply within a couple hours asking to schedule a time. They were able to come THAT AFTERNOON on my lunch break and had my carpet fixed in no time at a great price. I can not stress enough how good the quality of the work was. I called http://www.creativecarpetrepair.com and talked to Steve Gordon on the phone. When I told him that my cat scratched my new carpet he asked if I had any extra carpet from the installation. I said no and then he said he could take a piece from my closet.



He sent a man named Armando to do the job. At first I was disappointed that Steve didn't show up to do the job himself but Armando patched my carpet so well that I can't hardly see where the damage was.

I thought my carpet was beyond repair but they fixed it up very nice. They called 20 minutes before they arrived to confirm the appointment and I am totally satisfied.
