I have been getting my hair done with Angela at Beauty By Bee Salon for years. Angela does a great job on my hair and has a convenient scheduling procedure.



I noticed while in the salon that Bridgett the manicurist seemed to do a good job on her clients. I asked to make an appointment with her for my nails. Bridgett informed me that she had a 3 month wait list to become a new client with her. I believe I set an appointment with Bridgett in June 2014 for a September appointment. Bridgett did my nails and I was pleased with how they looked.



I asked to make my next appointment with her in 3 weeks. Bridgett informed me she was booked 3-4 months out so I could be put me on her cancellation list and I should contact her a week before I needed my nails redone. At that time I made several appointments months out to make sure I did not get stuck without an appointment.



I was able to keep up my nails with Bridgett via her cancellation list until November 2014. I texted Bridgett on November 13th to see if she would have any cancellations soon. November 17th Bridgett responded to me via text at 9:30am that she had a opening the following day at 2pm.



I made arrangements for my mother to pick up my children from school so I could keep up my nails and comply with her scheduling procedure. I responded within the hour that I would take the appointment. I received a text from Bridgett at noon, that the client that had cancelled so I could fill that 2:00 appointment wanted her appointment back. I was confused as to why Bridgett would be taking back an appointment she had given to me. Bridgett wanted me to change my schedule that day to work out a new time for me to get my nails done.



I explained I had already made arrangements for the 2:00 appointment and had other appointments that day and could not reschedule. I was a little upset and did not fully read Bridget's following text messages that I could keep that 2:00 appointment so I did not show for the appointment.



I received a phone message from Bridgett at 2:15 that she wanted to see If I was still coming to my 2pm appointment. I called her back after I had read her texted and apologies for the misunderstanding.



My next appointment with Bridgett was not until February 4, 2015. That day my Grandmother passed away and I called to cancel the appointment.



My next appointment with Bridgett was for February 25th, 2015 at noon. I confirmed my appointment the day before with her. I woke up that morning very sick. I felt so bad about missing my last two appointments with her I spoke to my mom to see if she could go in my place so Bridgett would not be left with no client to fill the appointment.



My mother said she could go in my place and contacted Bridgett to inform her she would be there because I was sick. Bridgett informed my mom that she was not allowed to take my place due to her long cancellation list for her current clients.



I received a text message from Bridgett at that time that she was unable to fill my appointment due to the fact that I did not give her 24 hour notice that I had to cancell. Bridgett then asked for my CC information to pay her late cancellation fee.



I went into the salon on march 18, 2015 to get my hair done by Angela. Bridgett asked me again for her late cancellation fee from me as I went to leave the salon. I I told her I had not cancelled but sent my mom to fill my appointment. Things got ugly from there and I received a nasty e-mail from salon owner Brittany and said she had cancelled all my further appointment with Bridgett.

I got a discount card on my car in the Target shopping center so I decided to treat myself....usually when I don't know the business, I assume the worst...thank god i went with my gut on this one! You never know what youre getting yourself into with facials, if its in the back of the nail salon or if its a legit salon/spa atmosphere. Beauty By Bee is located in Before N After (where one of my girlfriends actually goes for their weightloss program) Her room is beautiful, quiet, and very..."zen". I got the regular 1 hr facial, it was amazing. Her hands felt so at ease and comforting on my skin! Usually im stiff as a board when people are touching my face, but you lay on this bed and youre in this completely different zone! My skin looks very nice and feels like it did 20 years ago! I certainly am going back to this place over and over again, it was everything and more.

Okay seriously, one word...AMAZING! I have been getting facials for years, but this one tops them all!

I booked a facial with Brittany, just the classic facial....was I in for a surprise! You get your hands and arms massaged, shoulders massaged, and got the choice between a foot or scalp massage ON TOP of the massage I recieved on my face neck and shoulders! It was heaven on earth! My skin is so soft & smooth...my husband even noticed that my skin looked good! The products she used smelled so relaxing and the music in the background with the candles and waterfall in the corner...it was amazing. I highly recommend this place!
