I purchased Amicus Attorney from these guys and I wouldn't do business with them again!

Purchase directly from Amicus instead of these people.

I called Amicus about an issue with their setup disk and how it doesn't work without tech help "fixing" issues after I ran Probill's Amicus setup disk.

Amicus told me since I purchased the product from Probill, Probill could help me.

They also said that I shouldn't be charged since it's an issue with the installation and actually tried to help me out by going through some notes on my account.

Probill on the other hand said that they could "probably" help me (not definitely, probably), but I would have to pay a minimum of $600 for four hours of tech help to find out. Again, to fix a problem that shouldn't' have been an issue in the first place, a working installation disk.

Also, when I did have the free 30 days (?) tech help, I had several issues with bugs which they never actually resolved. They only fixed the installation problem. So the program was barely running with basic capabilities. And for support to get back to me, it took days. That's a long time when you have a limited number of days of free tech help.
