US Post Office

Received a pkg in my mail box that states right on do not bend!!!! What did the carrier do but fold it in half and stuff it in my sm mail box a t my apt. Now the decal it bent up!!! Not happy at all with carriers service. Think I deserve some restitutions. It's for a gift besides.

Horrible customer service in US passport service area. I felt humiliated dealing with the passport service lady. Please treat customers with respect and without racial bias.

This place is awful. The customer service is terrible. The people their don't do their jobs. And expect you to know every little detail about what they do and never ask questions. I had a long awaited package sent back to sender because they couldn't find my house. That gets mail, packages, ect. every single day with no issues. If i had to speculate it was drizzling and the guy didn't want to leave his truck. Absolutely terrible inside and out. If companies avoided using this place i would be very grateful because i don't trust them.

No surprise the Post Office is slowly going out of business. I paid $7.25 to send a card by Priority mail, to ensure it would arrive to it's distination before Christmas. Not only did it not arrive in time, it didn't even leave town. 6 days later here it sits in MY mailbox. The clerk couldn't the difference between Ship TO and Mailed From. Well, back to the Post Office I go, to get a refund, of course, I'm going to have to leave work early, go stand in line again, to get a refund. Would have rather they kept the money, and had done their job correctly. I know, it's the holiday and they are extra busy, (figured that out when I stood in a long line the first time), but, we're all extra busy this time of the year, I'm in the medical profession,making a mistake because I'm extra busy would be unexcusable. I expect no less from any service.
