Carmike Palace: Palace Cinema 10

A few years ago the Palace was the nicest theater in town. Now it is run-down, dirty, and unpleasant. Many of the seats are broken and you can tell they have not be cleaned in a long while. The bathrooms are rarely cared for through out the day and the customer service is just as dirty. Not a single employee smiled or even gestured a hello to me. "What are you seeing?" was the only thing anyone said to me and when I thanked the lady for the ticket she rolled her eyes! As I was walking to the theater I noticed a few people who looked like managers leaning on the counters. They did not greet me nor did they help me find my theater. I felt like they did not want me to be there and with their given attitudes I will not be coming back.
