Ive been going to this clinic since it opened.
I just saw Dr.Scott a few weeks ago and must say that
he was professional, very knowledgeable and caring.
He has a medical "non smothering" bed side manner...
which I like gets to the point and I'm on my way....

Dr. Daughtry is great!! Staff is very nice and professional. If your looking for a excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. He's the one.

I've gone to this clinic for years. I am always met with compassion, professionalism. The doctors, especially Dr. D. Is one of the best!

I love the Narrows! I have been a patient there for 7 years. The office staff is VERY helpful. You don't have to have an appointment and they have always gotten me back very fast! The nurses and doctors have always listened to my symptoms and sat and discussed my treatment options. They feel more like a teammate in my health than the normal patient/doctor relationship. I have also had several referrals done from this office and they were all done by the next day. The billing department goes above and beyond in helping with my insurance. I tell all my friends and family to go to the Narrows. You won't get better treatment anywhere!

Horrible front desk and nurse - all i wanted was a referral to a specialty Dr. I paid for an office visit and was seen on a Friday. By the following Monday they still had not called in the referral and I had to call to see if they were ever going to. The front staff and nurse argued and made excuses. By the time they were done complaining they could have made the phone call several times over. And the billed me for an office visit - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Beware! This business advertises itself as an "urgent care" practice when it is in fact not and doesn't bill as one. I was traveling out out state and fell ill. My insurance company said I would be covered at an "urgent care" walk-in clinic. Narrows advertises as such, however, they will submit the claim as a primary care visit and it'll be rejected. I've tried numerous times to talk to the billing department and they refuse to change the billing despite what they advertise! The staff is rude, condescending and unresponsive. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

The front desk staff was very curtious and super fast. I waited no longer than 5 mins before being seen. Once in the back Dr. Daugherty didn't leave me waiting in the room forever like the Dr's at American Family Care. He was in my room as soon as the nurse took my information and left. The whole time he was in my room he was very attentive. You could tell he really cared and wasn't just trying to see as many patients as he could. I will be going back to the Narrows.

I ran out of my blood pressure medicine and Walgreens faxed The Narrows to call in a new prescription and after 2 weeks it still wasn't called in and several calls were made to the Narrows and was told it would be done.I am on week 3 without my medicine and just called The Narrows and was told I had to come in to get it. This is after 3 weeks of being out and told it would be done. I asked if 1 month could be called in and I would make an appointment to come in next month because I have neither the time or money to see the doctor this month and was told no and then I told the very rude person who answered the phone that I would just find another doctor and she said fine. I guess my being a patient there means absolutely nothing to these people and who cares if I'm going without my medication. I think I was prescribe it for a reason. I came in one time and was told I needed a special diet for my because of my blood work and two doctors were talking about it in the hall where we and other patients could here and they talked about my wife needed to be on it because of her weight and discussing someones private health records and considering she was there for me and not a patient is not only wrong and unprofessional but unethical as well.Please do not go to the Narrows health care they do not care about you or treating you.
