This is a great company to do business with. I can not recommend them highly enough. Their prices were fair and provided to me in a written estimate. We had our hot water heater replaced with a tankless water heater, our 40 year old furnace replaced with a more modern efficient unit, and our attics reinsulated. Tim also redid a portion of the drainage system in our home and replaced some bathroom faucets. Tim is a true professional in all aspects of the job. He is very knowledgeable, not only of city and state building codes, but also of the products he recommends. He is a hard worker and respected our property. He covers any area he is working in with a tarp and thoroughly cleans everything when he is finished, he left no trash behind. He is dependable. Ron works with Tim and reflects all the qualities which Tim has. They were a pleasure to have working in our home. As he is a contractor, Tim was able to complete all aspects of the job. He only subcontracted the asbestos removal and the attic insulation. Shelly is Tim's office manager and was equally efficient and dependable. When the job was completed, it had passed all city inspections and was very professional looking.
