My wife and I have been going here for everything having to do with our cars and trucks FOR YEARS! We would not patronize any place for this long that didn't treat us fairly. Hector and Caesar have always handled any problem quickly and professionally. They will also readily admit when they couldn't do anything for us --- like adding a grill guard and winch to our ranch truck. I feel very confident in sending our friends and neighbors to Pacific Tire and Automotive.

I stopped going here. In my overall experience with them I have been screwed over money several times. They have really friendly service, but will make you pay overly for parts or will brake your parts and make you pay for it. The last time I went in for a brake inspection because I thought I had heard my brakes squeaking a few days back. I wanted to make sure it was nothing too serious. So I took my car in. First they called and said my rears needed adjusting (costing $65) and some hairline fractures needed sanding off in the front (costing $95). Nothing too major but I figured fine, I'll get those fixed, but later they called again and said they broke off a piece during the inspection on the front left, and I had to pay for the part, that "had to be fixed". It ended up costing me over $300 for something that was originally was nothing major. So that was my last time going in with them, after a disappointed experience with them for about 2 years, I've had enough.

They always treat me well and have diagnosed problems with my car that the dealer never caught. I know they mainly do tires and rims, but I take my car there for everything.
