Centura Health at Southlands

These people are the best, from the receptionists to the nurses to the docs. They are caring, professional & really know their stuff. I am so glad I found them when I moved to the area!!

I had a horrible experience with this office. I had an appointment scheduled to get my daughter's shot for school. I live far away towards Limon but this was the closest office on my provider's list. Ten minutes into the drive there I realized I forgot my purse. I turned around to go back and get it. According to my GPS I was still going to make the appointment right on time. I had to take the toll road. I arrived in the parking lot right on time but it was in a mall and I couldn't see the office. I called them from my cell phone to find out where they were. They walked me through finding the place. When I got in they told me that because I was late I would have to reschedule. I said, "But I'm only 6 minutes late!" They said they would check to see if they could fit me in. I begged them to take me explaining how far away I lived and taking the toll road. I filled out the paperwork in 5 minutes. Then they told me I would have to reschedule that I should have been there early to fill out paperwork. I could not believe how uncaring this office is. They were jam packed with people waiting in the waiting room and I know that they were running behind and by cancelling my appointment that helped them to get back on track with the rest of their appointments. I have never been treated this way at any other doctor's office. Don't go there!
