Premiere Dental is the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced in my life. The entire receptionist have bad attitude either you are on phone with them or in person, they treat you with disrespect. Their doctors are not certified at all, they have no clue how to treat a patient. They only want to do the services where they make money from you, and your insurance does not cover it; even if it’s not necessary. They would never get the job done in right manner at the first place, so that you would have to come back and they make more money from you. They have done a real poor job on my teeth and charged me $200 hundred dollars over on my insurance coverage. And I realized that the problem was still there, and I had to go back to get it fixed. They charge me more money for the same issue which should have been taking care of at the first place. They gives you wrong estimate to get your “OK” but when you checkout your bill will be 4 to 6 times more than what it was told. “Their excuse is that you ask for more things to do and we have already did it for you” and you would have to pay more. The entire staff is very unprofessional, whether it comes to first phone call to make an appointment or at the end when you are totally screwed up.

I would not recommend this place to any of my friend or family.
