Ethan did a very fine job of checking out my recently installed new heating and air conditioning lennox system. He also installed another new air scrubbing system to my new air conditioning and heating system which he informed me would keep the coils of the system much cleaner and more efficient. Was very satisfied with his work and effort to make certain that all was working at top efficientcy.

The service pro Ethan came to do a scheduled maintenance on my heater. He is a very personable clean cut young man. He had read the history of the unit which allowed him to have the correct parts with him. He was fast and knowledgeable answering questions and explaining that replacing certain parts would add to the life of the unit and save on the energy bill. He was respectful of the house wearing shoe covers and spreading a drop cloth under the work space. Ethan is the service pro I will request for future maintenance.

I'm disappointed, the furnace is very lowed, we can't sleep at knight because of the noise from the furnace, I'm going to complain to Costco about it.

David arrived on the early end of the time we were told to expect him, and set to repairing the heating unit. When he was done, he let me know exactly what was done, and any possible issues to look for if the blower actually goes out. The price was reasonable and he could not have been more friendly. I would definitely request him again for service here.

Associated installed a mini-split cooling system and central heating system in our home in July and October, 2014. They were two separate installations. Dominic was exceptional. No pressure but good sound advice. The products and installation exceeded our expectations. The installer, Aaron, was so careful and considerate. No additional cleanup was necessary. They did everything they said they would do, on time and in budget. It was a pleasure to do business with Dominic and Aaron.

Ethan Padilla was the Service Pro from Associated Heating & Air that provided service recently. He was prompt, and handled himself professionally throughout the appointment. He was very knowIegable, qualified, and courteous. I appreciated the helpful feedback given to me regarding upgrades to my current HVAC system. I will continue using this company.

Associated HAC was prompt fast and efficient. My annoyances are the salesman, the lack of paperwork, and the price. The salesman did not tell us we were getting fiberglass ducts--he kept calling them mylar ducts, and also he gave us a "lifetime guarantee" and said it was for our personal lifetimes--a bit unusual. I asked if the estimated cost was based on the number of linear feet of duct they will use, and he said no it was based on the number of vents, and we had 10 so it would be a flat rate of $3995. He assured us anyone else would charge at least $5995. The job itself went very smoothly and professionally. But at the end after I paid, I received no paperwork, no warranty, no contract, nothing. Later in the mail, a got an invoice that just said paid in full, with no further info. The alleged "lifetime" guarantee, the lack of paperwork, and the high cost ($30 per linear foot for ordinary fiberglass ducts) left me a little uneasy.

Prompt, professional, caring technician. Explained problem and solution. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.

I had my entire air conditioning system replaced by Associated. They gave me a fair price and excellent service. The office staff was very helpful and professional. The crew that installed the system were very courteous and friendly. They did a great job of cleaning up and even showed me how to work my new thermostat before leaving.
