        Can't Count on Them

        Called on Monday and was told firewood would be delivered Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday, no wood. Called and left a voicemail. No call back. Called Wednesday and left a voicemail and asked that if they couldn't deliver to let me know. No response. Thursday was Thanksgiving. Friday morning the $175 charge hits my credit card. Called the credit card company to remove the charge.
