Zack's T.V. Repair and Service

Whenever I read great reviews, I wonder if they are real. This one is real. I called Zach to fix our Thermador oven after we had a terrible experience with another repair person. I highly, highly, highly recommend Zach. He was knowledgeable, reliable, personable, and he got the job done with ease. He is now saved in my contacts because I would definitely use him again!

Zack exceeded all my expectations. Very thorough in diagnosing the problem and when the part he ordered was on back order, rather than delaying the repair further he came back to the house to bring the power board back to his shop and found another way to fix it. He was extremely responsive with phone calls to explain status and very timely with setting up appointments to keep moving forward with a solution. Then he charged a very reasonable price for all the efforts and time and trips out. Friendly, honest, responsive, and professional with his abilities to repair. I don't write reviews that often but felt I had to because I was so appreciative of Zack and his efforts and the outcome.

Zack was amazing! He is very professional. I contacted him on Tuesday and he was at my home on Wednesday at the time I selected for service. He was able to repair my plasma TV that day for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Zack to anyone for TV repair. Excellent work my friend!

Has an issue with communication but a sincere individual. Make sure you set an exact time when work will get done.

Zack is the best. Came on time. accurately Diagnosed the problem. Save $$$ b y buying the part on ebay . Returned to install on time. A real gentleman Very Fair rates. You will never find anyone better!!!!!!!!!

Zack provides exceptional service and is someone I am pleased to recommend. Zack arranged a consultation at short notice, arrived on time, and fixed the problem with my Panasonic plasma in a very short time and well within the expected budget. I bought a TV about 6 months ago and the guy who mounted the TV on the wall didn't do a good job because the TV dropped by a few inches resulting in a broken a TV. I wasn't gonna try to fix it if I wasn't gonna pay almost 2k for it.



While browsing for TV repairs and services I came across Zach's business. Not only was he fast at scheduling an appointment , he also went and bought all the necessary pieces for the the TV and within 2 days the TV was up and running again.

All the reviews are true. Zack was awesome! He was so flexible...not only did he come to my house the day I called, but he came at 7pm! I'm willing to bet not many TV repair companies would do that. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my TV and he was very good with my 2 year-old son. He even took my son's socks off for him (at my son's request). lol Zack's a great guy!

Zack was absolutely fantastic! Believe everything you read in these reviews. He was polite, professional, highly knowledgable, personable and extremely well priced. I called him at 9 PM to tell him about my problem and he was at my house by 10 AM the next day. TV was fixed by 11! No hassles of bringing my TV in for service someplace, and he quoted a price over the phone that was much, much better than two other quotes we got (both of which would have left us without a TV for a week). I was really impressed and you will be, too! Thank you, Zack!!!!

Zack was fantastic! I found his site and read all the reviews and they are all spot on accurate! Called after work last night and he was here the next day in a snow storm to look at my Samsung 63in DLP TV. He had the parts with him that he knew he needed (except one that was out of stock - but he showed me where to order it at an amazing price). He was professional, knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and why. Great experience, thought I was going to have to buy a new tv, but now I have my tv working great to enjoy - only a few hundred to fix versus a couple grand if I were to have bought a new one. Thanks again Zack! I will highly recommend you and keep your card in a safe spot!

Zach was wonderful!!! Responded immediately to my first contact (and that was on a Sunday!), came to my home, determine the issue which required him to take my tv back to his shop and returned all within 72 hours!!! And I live an hour away from him!

Highly recommended. Friendly and reliable service. Came out the next day after I called. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it that same day. Reasonable rate too. Adding his number to my address book, just in case... Saved me $800 now that I don't need a new TV.

Simply put A true professional at work, Zach was extremely courteous and a true master of his art. He was able to pinpoint the issue and resolve the problem with my plasma TV within minutes. I contacted Zack's T.V. repair by accident. The city was correct but the state was not. It saved me $228. Zack looked up the part I needed and encouraged me to "do it myself". Part cost was $62 with $10 delivery charge which came the next business day. My Sony 32" LCD was a little of 1 year old and the power supply went out due to a power outage in my home. I originally paid $320 and every place I took my TV too said it would cost $290 - $320 to fix. Zack saved me a bundle and saved my TV. I installed the new power supply....very simple....and was up an working in matter of minutes. Thanks Zack!!!!!! I was just about ready to give up and dump a perfectly good....no...an excellent TV because it didn't make sense to pay a repair cost.

Zack was great. He knew exactly what was wrong, come out for free to check my t.v. Unlike Samsung who wanted to charge me 100.00 just to come to my house. He came back when the part was in, fixed the t.v., explained the problem and the pricing. No surprises, just great friendly service.
