Great job done!!! Very professional, friendly, and fast.
Called and scheduled an appointment for the weekend. They didn't show up during the time window they gave me so I called them. No answer. Eventually I got a call back from another location and a gentleman said he would get to the bottom of it for me. Didn't call me back, and ignored my repeated calls to him hours later.
It wouldn't have been such a big deal if I wasn't moving out the next day. If you need this done at a specific time, go somewhere else. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
This company did a wonderful job, they were on time and very polite. The results are amazing, and the price was cheaper than i expected. I am using them in the future and recommending them to EVERYONE! Supreme Carpet Care is THE BEST in its industry!

After reading their customer reviews plus getting quotes from other carpet care companies we chose "Supreme Carpet Care" and are we glad we did! Rich Sr (owner) and Rich Jr came to our house and greeted us with outstanding customer service. They explained their process and went to work...non-stop. They care cleaned the carpets upstairs and downstairs with great care and the results were just amazing! Our carpets are now clean and sanitized. This company epitomizes those qualities most highly sought in carper care. If 50% of carpet care companies could operate at their level, the carper care industry could operate on 50% less manning!
