Landlord just care about collecting rent money,im been living in one if this building,long enough,i haven't seeing a remodelation nothing that makes the building looks good or inside the apartments I have the same stove in 20 years,we are way behind compare with others building run by others company

I would not recomend to live at 49 belmont ave It is owned by crest reality management. This apartment has roaches,mice and they don't fix nothing and they don't like to give heat or hot water.also leyfred terr is the same way. They need to have the board of health and springfield housing agrees with them a bunch of pigs and these days you can't trust no one all landlords are a bunch of scum lords and they only want money and the rent is not even worth it.and they think they are taking everything to the grave.
