Niles Co Inc

I have lived in a apartment complex that the Niles Company manages and I must say once I had a issue with a fellow tenant and informed them that I have a disability all of a sudden my lease was not renewed for the upcoming year. Being informed that you will just have to put up with issues is a sad way just to put someone off and then get rid of them. I have NEVER SEEN SUCH INCOMPETENCE IN MY LIFE!!! Sandra loves to talk sweet to you over the telephone then, have her so called apartment manager stab you in the back and flat out lie to you and charge you out the nose for storage until you do move is disgusting, People taking your parking space constantly, landlord towing cars of people whom she does not like, Yelling and lying to her tenants, having grounds keeping destroy your items in your area and on the patio not doing nothing about it, having other tenants kids trashing your front yard, garbage left overflowing in the laundry room, Leaking pipes on the washers, no dishwashers,no energy efficient appliances, hardly any ventilation in the bathrooms, brown spots on the ceiling from leaking water pipes, no padding on the carpets, bicycles in the hallways, kids screaming in your front windows, stomping up and down the hallways and pounding in the apartments all night and loud music and just a few of the mentioned jolly's that I had to put up with during my tenure there!! I am so glad now that I have a new apartment that does not put up with any of the crap that I had to put up with the Niles Company...







MAY THE ROT IN HELL ,,,,ALL OF THEM
