Great Hill Country Dining

This is the place to go for a perfect presentation of game food. Venison, rattlesnake, buffalo, etc. are flavored with a Texas twist.The outdoor patio and fresh herb garden are great spots for an after dinner drink.Expensive, but a great way celebrate a special occassion!

General Info: Hudson's on the Bend is a Restaurant located in Austin, TX. We offer Fine Dining, Steak, Seafood, Pasta, Wood Fire Grill, Wine Bar, Smoked Meats, Brunch, and other Restaurant Services. Our menu will mix old favorites and new recipes while making use of the abundance of local meats and produce available to us in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
