O'Hare Inn & Suites Hotel

Parked here for a flight out of o'hare airport. The front desk manager was so professional and helpful. Offered us coffee and hot chocolate in the very nice tv/computer/coffee room. So we relaxed for a short time waiting for the shuttle to the airport. Shuttle drivers we had were so friendly and the van was warm. When we arrived back all we did was call front desk and they sent the driver to pick us up right away in an snow storm. We had free coffee again at the office while our car warmed up. Will always park here for now on! All this for under $7.00 a day.

OK, so this place is not the Ritz Carlton. What it is is a decent place to park your butt for a night if you have to fly out of O'Hare. It's essentially an old motel that needs renovation, but for the price the room was fine, the staff was very friendly, and the free shuttle to the airport was great. The buffet breakfast was essentially just some dry cereals and coffee, but for the price it was suprising that they even offerred that. Fine for a night.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Staff is nice and knows ways around chicagoland. Breakfast included cereal and coffee, which is good to get me started in the morning. Free shuttle service took me to nearby restaurant at nights. Free WiFi internet connection made my day, other hotels charge you $10/day. I used to stay at more expensive hotels, but after finding this one I know where I'll stay on my next trip to Chicagoland.

When you first get to this hotel it really isn't impressive. We thought we had made a terrible decision for our visit to Chicago. We wanted to be close to the airport because we had a flight four days after the arrival. But after going through the check in desk you have a great surprise. The room is probably the biggest I have ever stayed in (including 4 star hotels) and the price is great for it. There is a shuttle that leaves every hour to the blue line which will take you downtown Chicago. Its quite a long ride by train but its ok. Breakfast is a joke though!!! They call breakfast old cereal and coffee. We had to go to Dunkin Donuts every morning for close to decent breakfast (the good thing is that its right next door). The service is good, they were very helpful. So, if you want to save...this is a good place to go.

I read all the reviews before I came here and was expecting average. This place is definitely better than I expected for the money. When we first got here, we were upgraded to a king room for free. The rooms are a bit outdated (flowery borders and slightly outdated fridge and microwave) but the furniture and lamps are definitely recently replaced. Its very close to the airport as well as a bunch of restaurants, Target, and coffee places. Also, you get a discount at local delivery places that deliver to your room. I was very pleasantly surprised. If you book here, you won't be disappointed.

i was in this hotel last wednesday they made an excellent service . from driver to front desk very professional . rooms are very clean value for money . they have wifi with good signal . and 24 hours coffee machine which is for free . and they serve free continental breakfast . very safe & quite .. i will come back again

I chose to stay at this hotel based on price and airport shuttle. The front desk staff was great, friendly, helpful, and funny! Got a kick out of the signs warning parents not to leave kids alone in room due to adult tv channel. The room was clean, bed comfortable. They have a great coffee/cappucino machine! We arrived at O'Hare after 11pm and knew shuttle quit at midnight, it was a rush to get to the area of the shuttle phones at O'Hare (not the hotel's fault) but shortly after we called, the shuttle came to get us. Would stay again.

You get what you pay for....if anybody realized that the world would be a better place. Any small problems I had here were offset by the price!!! The room was clean, the staff...fantastic(B.T.W. the shuttle to the airport was awesome!!!) and the price was right. I only used the room to have a place to sleep and store my stuff...for that it was great.

I stayed at the O'hare inn & suites with very low expectations. I basically just wanted something cheap. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and fairly large. There was absolutely no evidence of pests. It was surprisingly quiet given the location. My only complaint was the location. The hotel does help remedy this by offering shuttle service to the L-train. Overall, I was very happy with this hotel

I stayed and left my car there for 5 days. The price was excellent, the room was spacious and clean. The people were great, I am staying again in May and will continue to do so in the future

A surprise because of the reasonable price and convenience to Ohare. Stayed there both before and after overseas flights. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Some would complain about the breakfast; but since my normal breakfast is dry cereal (I don't claim to be normal) and coffee, it was fine with me. We were pleased to see the shuttle arrive at Ohare within 15 minutes of calling when we arrived at 10:30 PM. Note: hotel shuttles are restricted to picking up passengers in a special place across the street from the Hilton Hotel. You have to make your way across the road from the airport to the Hilton, walk through it, and then find "Door 1" across the street.. We also appreciated being picked up a the Franklin Park Metra station and dropped off at the Rosemont Blue Line station, although in both cases the front desk seemed to think it couldn't be done, even though I had confirmed it earlier via email.

Got to stay for $51 through hotels after I realized my flight out of O'hare was a day later. Don't let the price fool you- they have all the hotel amenities you'd want and expect. Decent room size, complimentary airport shuttle, complimentary breakfast, and great service. Nothing fancy but recommended if you are stuck near the airport or looking for a cheap night to crash.

very convenient location next to o'hare airport, we stayed for 3 nights, each morning went to the airport with hotel shuttle and took a train to downtown Chicago. It was great in the evening we call hotel from the airport for shuttle pick up - and the driver was comming with no time. Rooms are large and clean - nice place to stay.
