Buyer beware. No truer words can be spoken about this company. You would be better off buying a used car from Hilary Clinton. There website says they do not use subcontractors. This is a blatant lie. The fact is that most of the workers coming to your house are subcontractors. The plumber has his own business in Milford. The Mason is really Kimberly construction out of Hamden. The tile man, excavator, and HVAC are subcontractors. This could be one of the reason you will never know when the workers will be arriving. The project management is a nightmare. They don't keep you advised or return phone calls. You will end up frustrated and basically running your own project. When you have reached your boiling point the owner will get involved. Be prepared to hear some of the best excuses imaginable. He will promise you a great job and back it with a ten year warranty but it is like dealing with a slick politician. In the end he will sue you if you don't pay him for the shoddy work you will receive. The fact is there are so many better contractors out there. You have been warned.

Outstanding from start to finish.

Competitive rates that are far out shined by the quality of the workmanship and the follow through. I can not recommend this company highly enough. They have done multiple jobs for me over the years from windows to a full addition and not once have i been disappointed in their performance.

Oh, no no no. Please ask around before you go anywhere near this company. Before you even think to call them up. Step into any place in West Haven and ask if Baybrook is a good company to use for building. Ask around the local lumber yards. Ask ANYONE you know who builds. See if you can get a buiding dept person from any of the local towns to talk to you off the record-but with the way this company sues people make sure you never give up any names. Save yourself the misery so many other people describe when they talk about Baybrook. Do your due diligence.

CHEAP AND UNSKILLED

If you need to do work on a low budget, there are better places to go and companies with a lot more integrity. Baybrook will come in low on small jobs, which are their specialty. Anything bigger than a roof or siding and get pros in. Don't take my word--ask around. They have moved because they have destroyed their reputation here. If you have a big job or any real carpentry (trim, kitchens) do not go anywhere near this company.

Baybrook Remodelers is truly one of the most trustworthy companies I have ever done business with. They were always on top of every aspect of the project, and were quick to answer any questions I had. My new kitchen is a work of art, Dan, Tom, Pat, and the crew were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone looking to have any part of their home worked on!
