        Ken at City Fence & Pipe is awlsome. He has been a huge help. He has been in the fence business his whole life and is very knowledgeable.

        They say that they will be out at a certain date then not show up. They use inferior products. Because the kits they buy don't include the washers needed to keep guide rails tight and in place they don't put them on. I can't believe that a company that has been in business for as long as this one has, doesn't think that a bracket that holds the bracket to a pole needs a washer under the nut used to tighten down the bracket the nut gets pressure on and slides into the slot on the bracket for the U-bolt. The nut appears to be tight cause the nut will not turn.
