VIP Grooming

I took my dog Ginger to V.I.P. at christmas time because my regular groomer was booked up , now V.I.P. is my regular groomer !

I took my Yorkie Jack to VIP. They cut him 4 times with the shears and he contacted a staph infection. They minimized it, offered no reciprocity and called me crazy. My poor dog is now enduring a nasty infection that did not have to happen.

This grooming salon is exceptional in that they pride themselves on dogs who enjoy going there. My Shih Tzu shook like a leaf whenever I took her to the groomers until I found VIP -- now she runs up the stairs and wags her tail like she's very glad to be there. I have a second Shih Tzu now, too, and he is just as happy to get groom as the female is.The staff stays open when I run late and is always accommodating when I need to make a schedule change. I've been using these folks for more than eight years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Incidently, they are clear on the other side of town from me, so it's an effort to get there twice each time the dogs are scheduled. But it's worth it!
