I heard about this shop from a friend. I am happy I found it too. I dont have to buy a new one. Of course, its too expensive to buy brand new appliances.

Can't even finish asking a question on the phone before you're cut off and hung up on.

EXTRAORDINARY Service! Hannah knows her stuff; the parts were on the counter waiting for me when I walked through the door - they were then checked, double-checked and triple checked to ensure they were the appropriate parts to resolve my problem - AND THIS WAS ALL DONE after regular store hours. I had called ahead to check if parts were available but it was three minutes before closing time. I explained that I had just cancelled my 'expedited shipping order' from S%#&s Parts Direct after learning that not only was it not going to arrive today as scheduled, but it had not yet been shipped... and because I would be leaving town, I really needed the part today. I only live a short distance from the store so they stayed past closing time to accommodate me. Before I left, Hannah provided me with some very important 'tips' for future maintenance of the appliance. (Hannah was right: I found five inches of lint packed in the vent - TIP no.one: clean your dryer vent).

I love these people their great and will try to help you fix it on your own if possible . And they have good prices.
