This dealership and the employees working here are outstanding and provide excellent customer service. We purchased a Can Am on 8/14/21 for my wife. Working with Dave (sales manager), Steve (sales rep) and Mike "Stu" (financing) proved all were very good at their jobs and wanted to do all they could to provide the customer with exactly what they want. While there I fell in love with a Kawasaki on the show room floor and worked out a deal via phone to purchase that 8/20/21. After reviewing their inventory online, I also decided to test drive an Indian Roadster. After test driving both, I fell in love with the Indian. Again, Dave, Steve and Mike worked with me and did everything possible to ensure I had the bike of my dreams. My wife and I are loving both our rides. We couldn't be happier with the bikes, the people or the dealership.
We honestly can't think of enough superlatives to describe the excellent treatment we received. They walked through the shopping, test driving, and financing with us step by step. We have never had a better experience with browsing, shopping, test drives, and financing in our purchase of any other vehicles. We completed the full process (shopping, financing and out the door) in 2 1/2 hours on a Saturday, and 3 hours (for 2 test drives) on a Friday. The continue to provide excellent customer service with any questions we have had after the sales. If you are looking for a sweet ride and honest sales people, we highly recommend them!

Provided by SuperpagesThese guys are simply tire and oil changers. Any other problem that you have they will not be able to help you with because of "liability issues." Very poor customer service as well. Definitely not a shop to take you're dirt bike. Last time they had mine to put in a new clutch they didn't put oil in it, and now because of their mistake I have seazed main bearings that they are not allowed to pull off my crank. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Go to Westfield Yamaha, those are some good guys.
EVERYONE HERE MADE ME FEEL AT HOME RIGHT AWAY. MY NEEDS WERE #1.

Provided by SuperpagesThis place is total bull$%&!. I bought a brand new atv from them over 2 year ago and still never got the title. I live in ohio so they were supposed to send it to me I never got it but they claim that I did and they can't send me another copy. the last time I called them they hung up on me. Buy you bikes elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The guys at flat out always treat me awesome, friendly, knowlegable, staff that seems happy to serve me when I walk in.

Provided by SuperpagesOkay, maybe a good Dealer for parts and maybe service, however like all dealers they lie right to your face. Dont think for one minute that the used bike your want doesnt have room to come down on. My close friend, just sold his bike not long ago to them, they said thats all it was worth, then turned right around and sold it for 4 thousand dollars more than they gave him. Ashley is the sales man, why lie, we know you have to make money but does that mean you have to lie to make it? Really, go somewhere else if you want a honest deal on a used bike, look close at some of them, they can hide damage really good. Plus, they really are not looking out for your best interest, they would sell you anything to make a deal, even if your couldnt afford it and didnt know any better, smooth talkers, but dont take my word for it, find out for yourself, If the used bike you want is 6799.00 they paid less than 3500.00 becasue it had over 21xxx miles on it, then say its in great condition... SURE

We purchased a new 09 Kawasaki VN900 and was surprised that not only did they have the accessories in stock that we wanted, but had them installed that day and delivered the bike to our home. This is our 5th bike purchase over the past 20 years and by far the BEST service we have received. I would highly recommend Flatout for any purchase, great selection of riding gear and apparel also. The service guys are awesome, they fixed my bike sooner than I expected and the price was unbeatable......they treated me like a real person unlike most shops I've been to.

AND THEY WERE GREAT, SO I TOLD BY BUDDY ABOUT THEM, HE LIVES IN INDY, HE TOOK HIS BIKE IN BECAUSE IT HADN'T BEEN RUN RIGHT, THEY HAD FOR ONE DAY, FOUND THE PROBLEM, FIX IT AND AT A GREAT PRICE. HE SAID," I FOUND A NEW BIKE SHOP". THANKS FOR MAKING ME LOOK SMART.
THIS PLACE IS GREAT, I HAD A BIG RIDE COMING UP AND I HAD FORGOT TO GET MY SERVICE DONE. I CALL ERIC IN SERVICE, HE GOT ME IN AND OUT THE SAME DAY SO I WOULDN'T MISS MY RIDE. I'LL ALWAY GO BACK THERE FOR PARTS AND SERVICE. THANKS GUYS YOUR THE BEST OUT THERE!!!!!!!!!
Ridin down around the southside and blew a tire. Needless to say these guys took me in and got my flat changed out real quick. They got me out there and back on the road.
The guys there are pretty nice and I will probably go back there anytime I need parts.
These guys know what they are talking about they serviced my zx1100 and its never run so good two thumbs up!!

Provided by SuperpagesI just wanted to let everybody to know that these guys are great. I went into the service department looking to get a custom map done on my power commander. It was a great experience. They were able to get me in and out. I even got to watch them from a window in the showroom, so I could see right into the dynoroom. They went over what they did and I am very happy. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
