Boil & Roux

Made an order thru waiter, over an hour later the Mardi gras pasta dishes were not right. Called the restaurant and was told they were going to make the shrimp for us. 45 mins later still had no shrimp. Called again and was informed that it was our responsibility to contact waiter and get another driver dispatched or have to pick it up, so we did. Got to the restaurant and the hostess, Na, was understanding and helpful. Asked to speak with the manager, Mo, and he apologized and offered us two freshly made plates. Mo and Na get 6-stars, excellent customer service from them. Expiditor in the kitchen not so much

Brunch was offered this weekend. Food and service were great! Any item of the brunch menu will not disappoint

Very crowded, poor service and an expired liquor license. Just how do you allow this to happen? Our table was directly under a blowing fan, when we asked for a new table, they pointed us outside. We then asked for coffee, "sorry we don't have any...." Wow! We excused ourselves and left for Parrains!

Nice place, a little on the high side for po boys though. Look forward to trying different menu items.
