All About Kids Pediatric Dentistry

I actually have mixed feelings on the entire establishment.. The office is beautiful and kid friendly, however, I despise the fact that parents are not allowed in the rear where services are being rendered. This type of situation make one to only ponder what type of activities are taking place with your child. During my first visit, my son had a severe latex reaction even though his chart clearly states "LATEX ALLERGY." It was that ordeal and the fact that one can not go in the rear with their child is why I would not recommend this facility to anyone, especially those with small kids. The clean atmosphere and smiles given by the staff, is overshadowed by one's inability to be with there child while services are being rendered. If one can go to another facility, I urge you to do so.

Do not take your child here. My 8 year old had 2 jaw teeth pulled and felt everything. They will not let you go back with your child either to see what's going on which is crazy. My daughter said she was screaming but the acoustics of the back office can't let you hear what's going on in the front. The office is beautiful full of flatscreen TV's, but that is not to say they care about your child being in pain. If you have a 1:00 p.m. appointment and show up at 12:50, they will say they are closed and you have to wait outside instead of the lobby like any other doctor's office. My child never wants to go to the dentist again after this horrible experience.

Very kid orientated lots of toys for them to play with, excellent staff and comfortable surroundings. I was very pleased with how they worked with my financial situation and called to check on my boys until things worked out. I have special needs children and they were fantastic, I would recommend them to anyone.
