Nichole is THE BEST nail technician! I drive across town to go to her but the drive is totally worth it. Love the atmosphere of Jia Salon and have always gotten great customer service from the girls up front too.

I received a message from someone I believe to be a competitor commenting on the number of reviews all appearing to have been posted on September 17, 2010. The assumption was made that the same person had posted all of them. I'd just like to clear that up. We were mistakenly listed on Superpages twice with reviews on both listings. Superpages was kind enough to merge the accounts, including all reviews. This was done on September 17, 2010 - placing a date stamp on all reviews to that point on the same day. Many many thanks to our wonderful clients!!!

THANK YOU JIA!!! For making my wedding day nothing short of spectacular. We were all treated like royalty and everyone looked fabulous. It's nice to finally find a really nice salon that's really NICE (as in sweet) too. Ok and the owner and her daughter - totally cute how you guys say the same thing at the same time like twins. haha Thanks for making us all feel so great

So nice! best massage I have ever had and since my hair was a mess after I went to Mackenzie to wash and blow dry me after. I don't think I've ever been so happy after a visit at a salon before.

This place is the best. My daughter and scheduled appointments for my daughter's birthday. We had facials from Michelle and Cindy, The BEST facials anywhere, and then we had nails done with Blas and Nicole, and again, THE BEST! The staff couldn't be nicer and for such a beautiful place I was so pleased that there were no snobs at all. LOL We

Everyone at Jia Salon & Spa is very nice and the service is excellent! They offer you a variety of beverages, even flavored coffees or wine! I have been here several times and have always loved my hair color & style! I definitely recommend this salon.

I have taken my teen daughter there to get Rock Star Nails and this salon is wonderful! It's not a 'turn-around' salon where they get you in and out as quickly as possible and just take you money. Jia is upscale yet has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. No snootiness here!I recommend Jia to anyone looking for a quality spa/salon and ZERO attitude!

Actually it is known by at least a couple people first hand that the negative reviewer is the owner of a competing salon. This nonsense has been going on for 4 months now. And it is also well known by anyone that ACTUALLY ATTENDED the open house that every single person who arrived at the front door was greeted by a staff member and given a tour, offered appetizers and beverages and asked if they had any further questions. The staff is FAR from rude and the open house was PACKED so the staff was never at any time standing around in groups talking to each other. I was a helper that night and we all bent over backward to talk to every single person that arrived. And if you were there and not offered a brochure or welcome packet, you had to have gotten there after the 500 that the owner made up were already handed out because we had only 10 left over at the end of the night. How sad that the salon across the street feels the need to do this.

My 14yr old daughter went in to have RockStar nails done and was treated like a princess! She loved the laid-back artsy atmosphere and the staff was wonderful. I highly recommend Jia to anyone looking for a *wonderful customer service* spa experience without a snooty attitude!

This is the best thing going on in Fresno right now. Someone finally got it right. My wife and I are both going there now.

Definitely my new favorite. I went to their open house and it was packed and so much fun! I scheduled appointments for a massage and a facial and I will tell you it was such a great experience!
