        Overall

        Showed up 4 hours late. FOUR!!!!! I was so mad I didn't even bother to answer the door. A professional would have at least made a courtesy call - "we're running late", "the dog ate my homework"...., etc.

        This is why I don't use local contractors and end up here on Yelp.
