Superior Plumbing

I had a major leak to the main line from the meter. They promised to show up during a window from 8am-12pm. They never showed up. It turns out they had failed to inform me of their policy that they will not honor the appointment unless they establish phone contact first.



Superior is gigantic, and because of that, they have policies like this to protect themselves. That protection is at the expense of the customer. (And of course, they would do well to inform their customers of those policies). Plumbing problems can be a disaster, and we need to deal with dependable plumbers in such a situation. So you are far better off ignoring giant companies with giant yp presence like Superior, and looking on yp for a small, local plumbing outfit that will actually show up to do the job.

I called Roto-Rooter who sent a guy out whoarrived in his personal vehicle and had 'some' plumbing experience who broke his snake and then packed up and left without telling us. We called Superior and they came and when their snake got stuck they removed it and sent the camera down to diagnose the problem. We had a serious problem which required them to come out the next day and dig up our property and replace the underground pipe. They gave us a good price and fixed the problem the first thing the next morning. The Superior tech had a certification number and a company truck. They are awesome and if you are looking for the best choose them. Thx
