Our Heineke Veterinary Hospital team is here for you to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Our doctors thoroughly examine every patient prior to the surgical procedure, as well, we use our in-house laboratory to run bloodwork on the patient to ensure that anesthesia will be safe during the procedure. During the procedure, we monitor each pet to ensure safety at every phase of the surgical procedure. This monitoring includes, but is not limited to, heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, pulse oximetry, EKG, body temperature etc. Our surgical suite is designed to be a sterile environment with separate ventilation from the rest of the hospital and heated surgical table to keep patient body temperature steady. Our team will be happy to discuss any questions you may have regarding any surgical procedure.
