- Buckhorn Elementary School provides classes in science, social studies, vocabulary, grammar, art, reading and math. Located in Valrico, Fla., the school serves students in kindergarten through grade five. Its curriculum also includes art, music, communication arts, and health and physical education. The school s media center houses a variety of picture dictionaries, storybooks, puzzles, newspapers, magazines, and fiction and nonfiction books. Buckhorn Elementary School provides food, transportation and medical services. It operates a school advisory council, which is an elected group of staff, faculty, parents and business leaders. The council makes plans for the improvement of the school.

Provided by SuperpagesThis is a GREAT school!! Both of my kids go there and absolutely love it. The lunchroom/cafe has beyond a doubt the best food within a 1/2 mile in any direction. Deanna Jordan is definitely the best teacher in the whole school.
