911 Appliance Repair

Should be zero stars, actually.



This repair service was assigned by my home warranty company, but after five days he still hasn't gotten in touch to set an appointment to work on my fridge. The HW company assigned the work on Monday, but I didn't get a call. I spoke to the contractor on Wednesday and he said he hadn't gotten the work order and would call the HW company and get back to me. He did not. HW company resent the work order on Thursday and I left a message for the contractor about an hour later per instructions by HW. It's 3 p.m. on Friday and still no call from 911 Appliance Repair. Starting over through HW company with a new contractor.



Meanwhile, malfunctioning fridge. Thanks for nothing. 8/28/2015

Could not be happier!! Ref went out on a SUNDAY. Yep. Aft calling many diff companies 911 was the only one to call me back. He arrived at my home within one hr!! He was very nice & knowledgeable. He found the prob right away, gave me a quote with a military discount (without being asked!). There was no extra charge for Sunday service, his charge was very reasonable. He was very nice and polite. Will spread the word on this company and would def use again!! Thank you!!
