Criminal Defense
In his last assignment on active-duty, Mr. Floyd served as an appellate counsel with the Appellate Government Counsel Division of the Air Force Legal Services Agency at Bolling Air Force Base, Washington D.C. He drafted numerous briefs and presented oral arguments before the Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals and the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. While assigned as an appellate counsel, Mr. Floyd was selected as the lead active duty prosecutor on the F-16 Friendly Fire bombing case trial team. This was a high profile national security case stemming from the deaths and injuries of Canadian Forces at Tarnak Farms near Kandahar, Afghanistan.

Medical Malpractice
Before joining Daw & Ray, LLP in July of 2019, Ms. Yancy worked for a Plaintiff’s civil litigation firm in San Antonio, Texas handling medical malpractice claims. Ms. Yancy was selected as a Rising Star Lawyer by San Antonio Scene Magazine in 2019 and selected as a Rising Star Lawyer by Super Lawyers in 2019 and 2020. Ms. Yancy is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Western and Southern Districts.

During law school, Mrs. Willingham secured a position in the Pro Bono Honors Program through her participation in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse Program, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program. Mrs. Willingham successfully competed in the South Texas Mock Trial Competition and concurrently served as Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Prior to joining Daw & Ray, LLP, Mrs. Willingham advocated for individuals with a focus on tax law, immigration law, and contract law. Mrs. Willingham is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas.
