Lazer-Pipes Tow Service

Highway robbery. Literally! Unauthorized tow by gas station or law enforcement. Thought my car was stolen. Reported to police. They called the next day to tell me it was here. They told me it would be $280 to get my car. Which still doesn't add up. They said $80 for the tow (to tow 2 miles) and $40/day for storage. They towed the vehicle on a holiday (when the gas station was closed so of course it couldn't have been authorized by the property owner) and I finally found it 3 days later With the tow bill racked up more than the value of the car at that point. They are crooked. They literally stole my vehicle and prayed on the poor. I saw 5 men in the back who were "working" sitting at a picnic table. Well of course you can afford to pay men for doing nothing when your stealing vehicles and charging massive amounts of money to families for doing so knowing they won't have the means for a lawyer! I don't know how they have gotten so many stars. O! Maybe from people who were in need of help and called for their assistance! Please never use this tow company!I don't know how their employees sleep at night!

Do yourself a favor and never ever willingly choose to do business with these "people". The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. No human decency. So horrible and SO rude. I left disgusted that there are humans that treat other people the way that they did and are still able to sleep at night. I also left very happy because I will never, in my entire life, step foot in or around this horrible establishment again.

The girl in accounts payable was very rude. The tow service was good, but I pay good money to be talked to that way when i try to pay

DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY. Two days after a major winter snow storm my son got his car stuck in a parking lot. He drover there that morning in his light truck. He was on the same street where this company is based and was charged well over a $100 to get him unstuck, not to tow him anywhere. Taking advantage in such a situation is unfair and so I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS TOW SERVICE TO ANYONE.
