Curtis Repair Service

Like many others on Yelp; this service was automatically selected for me by American Home Shield.



First; they wouldn't contact us after they were told to by AHS. So then AHS provided his contact info to us so that we could follow up on our own.



When they finally returned our call; we were greeted by the single rudest and meanest man I have ever had the misfortune of meeting.



Even though he called us back; he kept demanding that we tell him the actual name of his company. When we tried to explain to him that we were given his information by AHS he literally screamed into the phone : " I ASKED YOU A QUESTION!!!!!!!"



We hung up on him after that. And after reading the other complaints from people on Yelp; we can see that he does this with a LOT of clients.



We will be filing a complaint with AHS. There are complaints on yelp that indicate he has been doing this all year long this year.



Do yourself a favor; STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Curtis Repair his taken care of my 3 a.c./heat pump units for several years. Two of them are very old and all have needed repair. Curtis has done a great job coming out quickly, figuring out what the problem is, fixing it, and charging a reasonable amount.

i recommend him to all my friends.

I have had repairs done before and this guy is good. Better than most. He was on time, very thorough, clean, and explained what he was doing and had the skills to fix my heat pump right. Very fair price. I would definitely use him again.

I hired this company to repair my air conditioning unit. He quoted me one price and then submitted a bill for almost double the original quote. He never called me or sent me anything in writing to ok the excess repairs. When I told him I would have to send him the balance for the unquoted work he promptly went back to my property and removed the part I already paid him to replace. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend it to anyone! He was very rude and unprofessional!
