one of the first thing i check in a fitness center is their shower area and lockers. If i see that it is not clean and big enough to take a quick shower after every session, then i hop on to the next gym and do the same. I'm glad that at French Riviera Spa center, i need not go to the other gym's nearby. in this fitness center, they have a newly renovated shower area where showering after work-outs is something that you may even enjoy. it's not just the shower that is clean and well-maintained but the whole place even their equipments too. plus, here, they offer different exciting and effective fitness programs.
