        When we met with our sales representative from First Data, she actually called quite a it and came to our shop 3 or 4 times in order to answer our questions and show us all that First Data and Clover could do. As a small business, we had 3 important questions about this new system before we could agree to purchase it. 1- We had to be able to transfer all of our inventory over to it pretty easily because we are in a fast paced business. 2- We had to be able to transfer all of our customer information; including past sales because of our warranties on our products. 3- We wanted to make sure that someone was going to walk us thru the set up in person, in case we had questions and so they could show us all the quick tips and how to get the most of it. We were told yes to all of the above. She lied, it didn't do any of it and after we purchased it, we never heard from her nor the company again, even after many, many attempts on our side! She promised that it would end up costing us half of what we were used to paying, and she lied on that aspect too! Because it is an app based merchant POS system, you have to pay for each app you use, monthly fees too, ranging anywhere from $4.99 per month to $79.99 and more per month. People who lie, should not be in business, It is bad business! and every company should back up their product or they shouldn't be in business. I have never in my life been treated any worse than what they have done to me and my company. I bet they won't even call after reading this review to see how they can help make things better. I would be shocked if that actually happened!!!
