I lived in Fowler for 16 years had a p.o. box there. I went to the post office at least 4 times a week in the entire 16 years never once did I ever have a bad experience The older man Rick is the one of the nicest persons I've ever known he is not lazy he goes out of his way to help. So to the person who wrote a bad review about Fowler maybe you need to stay out of fowler and stick to the L.A post office

I read the only review on here for the Fowler post office and felt compelled to write one myself because I 100% disagree with every word of what they wrote. I have been in this post office, every single work day, to do business. I have a po box there but I also send and receive a lot of packages and what not. I've been in there every day for 6 months now and I personally have never experienced the level of customer service that I've gotten there. There are two gentlemen there, one older and one younger, and both are absolutely exceptional. Both have gone way out of their way to help me with things (tracking packages, answering questions) and especially the older one, who I see there the most, is a GEM. He is the most genuinely kind and helpful man. I have never seen him do or say anything that would be considered rude or lazy, as previous reviewer wrote. Anyway, when we move, I will actually really miss this little post office! Amazing service and kindness.

This is truly the WORST post office I have ever set foot in! My job requires 2 things...that I travel a lot and that I ship out a lot of packages so I have been to MANY different USPS offices in many different places but this one takes the cake as the worst! The employees in this place really hate their jobs and it's obvious in their attitudes! Sadly I have had to make 3 stops there on my way back to LA and it's always bad! Especially a postal worker named Rick or Nick...JUST PLAIN AND SIMPLY LAZY!!!
