        Consistently awesome!

        I have been going to the M&B for just over 3 years now. Jim has done everything from trims to complete changes in hairstyle, as well as beard trims. I have never had a complaint. The atmosphere is relaxing and he takes a general interest in you and your daily life. The stories he has are great and entertaining as well. I wouldn't recommend any other place.

        A friendly, hip, atmosphere. A good value for a reasonable cost.

        Located just minutes from OSU's campus and Clintonville, The Mug and Brush is a cozy gem. The stylists are hip and the atmosphere is relaxed.Sit in antique barber chairs while you await your appointment. The friendly environment and the amount of regulars stopping in, makes this shop feel like a welcome home visit. Lively banter is the norm between the barbers and their clients. Pricing is reasonable. They cut all styles.Located two shops south of W. Blake Ave. and North High St. On the West side of the street. Near The Blue Danube Tavern.
