After an MRI that showed a tear in my IT band, I suffered with hip pain for months. I wad told by my other physical therapist that there was nothing I could do but let it heal. Then a friend recommended that I go to Physicians Fitness and see Greg.
I my first meeting with Greg, he did a thorough consultation and explained the process he was going to use to repair my issue and the time I would need to invest. After two sessions my pain was less, and after four sessions my pain was gone and hasn't returned. I went from barely walking some days to being pain free!
I have continued to meet with Greg and I have since increased shoulder mobility I had lost years ago, healed a consistent pain in my lower abdominal wall and now we are working on my foot and ankle.
