I just DUMPED these guys because of repeated (numerous times) billing issues. I would pay my bill online, on time, and then get notices that my bill was not paid along with a massive late fee. Numerous phone calls and emails to these guys always net the same results: excuses why the error is happening. Got a "threat" letter stating my case was being turned over to a collection agency. Told them if the problem isn't corrected that I'm moving on. Ended up getting another "late payment" notice and huge charge on my billing statement. What a hassle and WASTE of time. I told them to come and get their dumpster. I will do business elsewhere.

Bad service in Covington, KY

I work third shift in Covington, and have for ten years. Every Sunday night I have put the garbage out for collection Monday morning, and up until recently it was not a problem. In the past year - I guess sinced CSI went to this tudor thing - our garbage is suddenly being left on the corner, no matter how much and how obvious it is that it's garbage that needs to be taken. The truck will stop RIGHT NEXT TO US to pick up trash from the business that shares our building, but doesn't bother with ours. I called CSI this morning - after this happened again - to find out about the new turdor policy. We hadn't known before then. I was then told on the phone that a "hopper" could be scheduled to come pick up our stuff for an extra $12. Also in their system, we're shown as possessing a dozen of these turdor cans. We don't have ANY. She said that since we were never told and this was a mix-up, she'd get her supervisor to figure it out when he came in and get someone to pick up our stuff. Guess what...that hasn't happened. And I just can't get over the sort of work ethic that has grown men - trash collectors - looking at garbage bags right next to the cans, and just leaving them there on the curb. And then never even going back and telling their superiors that maybe we don't know the new rule, or something.

Your phone services are terrible. You call to pay your bill, or ask a question and your wait time is average 15 minutes on line to talk to someone, who then has no way to help you and puts you on hold again. You should have an online service where people can pay their own bills and change service if you don't have enough people to answer the phone on time and take payments and add to your service. 15 minutes on hold now a days is just unheard of.. Why don't you try calling yourself the main number and see how long you have to wait! I think you might be shocked!
