Acne Treatment
Dr. Harper is a Founding Director of the American Acne and Rosacea Society and is the organization’s past-President. Eczema
Eczema, Atopic Dermatitis, can be red, blistering, oozing, scaly, brownish, or thickened skin and usually itches.
