Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The technician was on time and gave us adequate advanced notice prior to arrival. The technician was thorough in the inspection and replacement of my hot water line, valve, and drain pipe and even informed me that my water heater wasn't up to code - to which was fixed. Before leaving, the technician double checked all work to ensure there were no leaks and cleaned up. The work of course also comes with 1 year of guarantee leaving us feeling very confident that no problems should arise in the near future.

we had a leaking kitchen faucet - Miles came out and said we needed a new faucet - picked one up and he came back out for the install - very professional, punctual, knew what he was doing and a pleasure to work with....answered questions about older pipes in the house, etc. highly recommend Charles

We called Roto-Rooter at 6:00am with a clogged tub. Their response was fast and professional! They asked lots of great questions to get an idea of what the problem might be and what kind of troubleshooting we had already done. We were told that someone would show up with a few hours and were pleased to learn that it was going to be earlier than we had expected. Casey showed up right on time! He was very knowledgeable. He assessed the problem, brought in the big tools and was done within 45 minutes! The bathroom was spotless after he left! He provided a drain cleaner free of cost and showed us how to use it once a month to keep the drains cleaned. My experience with Roto-Rooter was awesome and Casey was very professional and helpful!

Carlos came out on a Sunday and cleared the line from the septic tank to the house. He walked us through what he was doing at each step. Carlos was professional and courteous.

On the 4th of July, our kitchen sink clogged and backed up. We were in the middle of preparing food, and we needed a solution as fast as possible. I called Roto-Rooter, and they were at our house in about 90 minutes. They cleaned out the clog (about 12 feet from the sink), got the water flowing again, and we were able to continue our holiday with minimal downtime. Our technician was polite, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again.

7/22/2018 - Called Roto-Rooter at 9 AM and they arrived at 10 AM. Within the hour he had cleared our clogged kitchen sink. My realtor purchased a one year home warranty on the new home we purchased 2 months ago and Fidelity Insurance contracted Ally Plumbing who came out to my house 3 times and could not clear the clogged sink. Ally stated they needed to replace my pipes that were bad. Fidelity rejected the claim. No one from Fidelity or Ally called me to give me the update. I had to call to hear the bad news. We went 10 days without the kitchen sink. That's when I decided to call Roto Rooter. It does not pay to use cheap plumbers and if you want to get the job done right, call Roto-Rooter.

7/23/2018 - This morning I spoke with the co-owner Andrew and he listened to my plumbing experience with Ally Plumbing. It if very clear to me now that I was working with Fidelity Insurance who was the problem for not authorizing the proper service. Andrew the co-owner offered to correct this error with working with me on taking care of the Roto-Rooter bill for me. Of course, I am very happy to want to work with Ally Plumbing in the future. Andrew did tell me that he values all their customers and made me feel like a valued customer. In the future, I will be calling Andrew direct to solve any future plumbing issues. Andrew also told me that the check is in the mail. I am happy to change my one star review now to five star!. Thank you again Andrew for listening to the customer and taking care of the customer. That is what customer service is all about.

Frank did a great job of explaining things, did the job quickly and efficiently. He had to bring the large machine in the house and downstairs. He carefully covered our stone so it wouldn't crack and was careful with our hardwoods. Everything was cleaned up. Very professionally done.

This was our first time calling out a plumber. We had Roto Rooter come out to clear an ongoing clog that we couldn’t seem to do on our own. Paul came out and cleared the problem and noticed a hole in the original pipe which was over 100 years old. Paul had Miles come out who assessed the situation and came back the next day, right on time, to fix the hole and the mis-matched piping that was installed in the basement. Miles was not only friendly and professional, he did the work in two hours! Miles explained that you can’t force pipe to do something you want and replaced it with the utmost detail. Thank you, Roto Rooter and thank you Miles Winfield for taking your time to do it right! We are so pleased with our experience and will call Roto Rooter again!

Our sewer line flooded our downstairs bathroom at 8 pm. Roto Rooter had a gentleman out writhin an hour and a half. He cabled the line and let us know a camera crew was recommended to come out the next day. He also let us know about their water clean up service. We ended up using them for the water remediation work. Shane and Corey were professional and always arrived when promised. They even dealt with my dog. I highly recommend these guys if you have a flood and need water clean up services. They work directly with your insurance.

We are quite pleased with Sam Deirdar and the Roto Rooter team in solving our dishwasher drain issue. We noticed the back up problem and I choose Roto Rooter because it has a plumber close to my home and the reviewers were high. Scheduling was easy and quick because they have a tight system down. I received a follow up phone call telling me that Sam was on his way. Less than 20 minutes later he arrived. I was kind of surprised by the high price since I didn't ask for an estimate. So Sam reduced it a bit. He said that because our DW was old he may not be able to fix the issue. I went ahead and OKed the work. Luckily it turned out fantastic. After several attempts to clean the drain he re-routed the drain into our disposal and replaced all of the PVC pipes under the skin. Everything was working again in less than two hours. I am keeping Sam's card in case we need to hire him again. Highly recommended.

The technician arrived 2 hours after my unscheduled call for help. He assessed the situation, began the work and successfully unclogged the source of my pool of water. He also provided information to help avoiding underground clogging in the future.
