Pro Nails

Aren't friendly at all. Right when you get in there they are rushing you to sit down. Why put polishes on the wall if they don't allow you to even look!!! The lady kept trying to grab my sister and I to put us in our seat. We had to explain we wanted to pick our color first. Another issue I have with them is EVERYTIME I go for my regular fill the price is NEVER the same. It comes off to me that they are money hungry. I never change anything about my nails. And today when I went the guy kept rushing back and fourth so he can finish an arm massage and pedi. Im almost thinking about moving onto another nail salon.

I had a good experience the first time I went as a new client the young lady who did my nails did a fantastic job (I believe she is the only young one there), However I the second visit was such a traumatizing experience. I was not able to get the "young girl" b/c of her appointment schedule, so another lady was able to! Her station was #6 let me just say she was very careless when it came to filling my nails, did not even take the time to clean up the excess dried acrylic stuck on the side of my fingers. It gets worse she cuts me numerous times and seemed to giggle about it! Rude much? I would think she would say "I'm sorry" or wipe it down with alcohol but no! She proceeds to file the sides were the cuts are. At this point my fingers are in extreme pain. Thank god were on the final step of painting my nails, you would think it would be such a simple task but obviously the manicurist could not do one job! Which is paint my nails right. Nail polish everywhere on my cuticles and the side of my finger! Instead of using acetone to remove it she uses her own finger nails to scrap the nail polish off! talk about crappy service right!

I'm furious and ready to leave I'm already drying my nails for 5min then she asked "are you ready to pay?" I told her politely I was going to pay when my nails were dry. One because I do not like people grabbing my wallet. Apparently she ignored my comment and grabs my wallet which is sitting on my lap, OPENS it and when I say open she literally is digging through my cash pulling out my money! NOW I had enough. The lady did not tell me the cost instead she tried pulling out the money she thought she deserved. I snatched my wallet nd said " I TOLD YOU NOT TO TOUCH MY WALLET AND I WOULD PAY WHEN MY NAILS ARE DRIED" she got insulted and started speaking a foreign language outloud to her CO WORKERS! How unprofessional is that? She tried to charge me $25 for a fullset which is actually $20 because that's the price I payed my first visit. I'm sorry my nails look horrible it was not worth $25 I told her I was only going to pay $20 because the service was horrible.

I honestly felt uncomfortable and violated! The lady who works at station #6 tried to scheme me. I felt like she knew she did such a horrible job on my nails she wanted to add her tip to the regular price which is $20; don't get me wrong I tip but, only if I feel my nails come out good. At the end of the day I paid $20 I would never go back there again. VERY unprofessional they do not know what boundaries are or manners.



Please do not go to #6 just to give yu a heads up

They don't speak any english. For most of my appt. they would just point to where or what they wanted me to do. The work was of horrible quality & they charge way too much for what they do. I will never go back.

Very little English. The gentleman doing my nails couldn't understand me telling him simple directions and after my nails were supposedly dry, sent me on my way. I walked to my car and went right back in for him to fix it. I had to point where he had missed polishing my nails. Others could barely speak English, also. Awful.

They do a bad job and there service sucks I will not recommend no one to go there I had a very bad service
